At ARChaseJewelry, your source for hand-made, one-of-a-kind necklace & earring sets, sterling silver pendant and earring sets, sterling silver chains, etc., our customers come first. That’s why we’ve developed clear store policies that outline everything you need to know about shopping with us. Read below to find out how we provide the best customer experience.

 

I gladly accept returns & exchanges:

  • Contact me:  within 14 days of receipt.

  • Ship item(s) back: within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of Return & Exchange/ Refund:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If items are returned in original condition and within the specified return time-frame,  a full refund or exchange will happily be provided.

If items are not returned in original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Order Processing

Non-custom/ off-the-shelf orders are prepared for shipping in 1-3 business days.  For custom orders, custom designs, or repairs of beaded necklaces or pearl necklace restringing, contact us for preparation and shipping estimates.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping within North America is estimated at 3-5 business days. If you wish expedited shipping, please contact me for pricing.  I cannot guarantee the estimated shopping times but do guarantee I will mail items within a maximum of 3 business days.

Pick up at the Shop

Contact me if you are local to ARChase Jewelry in Wayland, MA and you wish to see an item like a sterling silver pendant, sterling silver earrings, necklace & earring set, or estate piece prior to purchase, or to pick up your order.
